Refund Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Thank you for using Product Idea Kit (productideakit.com).
Payments and billing for Product Idea Kit are handled by Blink (Blink Global LLC). Blink acts as our Merchant of Record and handles payments, invoicing, sales tax and refund processing on our behalf.
Definitions
- Company ("we", "us", "our") means Felipe Suarez, Aeropost Way, SJO-25435, Miami, Florida 33206, United States.
- Service means the Product Idea Kit web app and website at productideakit.com.
- Subscription means a paid monthly plan that gives you a monthly allowance of idea searches and validations.
- You means the person using the Service, or the company or organization on whose behalf that person uses it.
1. General policy
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where local consumer law requires a refund, or as described in this policy. Allowance you have used (idea searches and validations already run) can't be returned for a refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.
Failed runs are not charged. If an idea search or validation fails, it's returned to your monthly allowance automatically. You don't need to request anything.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal
Depending on where you live, consumer law may give you a right to cancel and get a refund:
- European Union, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland: 14 days from purchase to withdraw from a digital service. This right ends if you asked to start using the Service right away and acknowledged that you give up the right of withdrawal once you begin using it.
- South Korea, Brazil, China: 7 days to cancel digital content or service contracts after delivery.
- Canada: up to 5 days, under applicable law.
3. Discretionary refunds
Outside of statutory rights, we may review refund requests made within 14 calendar days of a charge, case by case. We consider:
- A technical problem that stopped you from using the Service and that support couldn't fix.
- Accidental duplicate purchases.
- How much of the allowance was used in that billing period.
We don't refund where there's evidence of fraud, refund abuse, account sharing, or misuse of the Service.
4. How to request a refund
- From us: contact us through our contact page with the email you paid with, and we'll handle the request with Blink.
- From your receipt: reply to the purchase confirmation email from Blink.
- From your profile: Manage billing opens Blink's customer portal, where you can see your orders and invoices.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 14 calendar days. When a subscription payment is refunded, the paid plan ends. Your account stays open without a paid plan, so you can't run new searches until you buy one.
5. Changing plans
You can switch between Builder and Pro at any time from your profile or the pricing page. Before you confirm, we show what the change does to your next bill.
- The change applies right away. Your new plan's allowance applies for the rest of your current billing period, which keeps the same dates.
- Nothing is charged when you switch. The difference for the rest of the period goes on your next bill: switching to Pro adds it, and switching to Builder leaves a credit that's used on later bills.
- Switching to Builder: if you've already used more than Builder includes in the current period, new searches and validations wait until your next period starts.
